Updating 20,000 customers details in 20 days

Vector On Gas is a network that delivers gas to consumers across Auckland. We were tasked with updating an out of date customer database of over 20,000 people. The challenge presented to us was the time frame of only 20 days, as Vector needed to launch a new service to their customers and needed their details to be accurate. We created individual personalised websites, which allowed customers to log on and change their details directly, whilst going into the draw to win their choice of prize.
